Support and corrections
Contact AROT
AROT exposes direct contact paths for support, data corrections, product feedback, privacy requests, legal notices, VPN issues, unsafe ad reports, and download-integrity concerns.
When reporting a site issue, include the page URL, browser or device, time, and a short description of expected versus actual behavior.
For research corrections, include the ticker or instrument, page URL, and primary source used to verify the issue.
For privacy, ads, or legal requests, include the page URL, region if relevant for consent, the vendor or ad involved if applicable, and the specific request you want reviewed.
For VPN or download issues, include the platform, app version, download filename, checksum result, token error, and the kind of network where the issue happened.
The support page links the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Disclaimer, and Editorial Standards because many requests involve more than one policy area. A privacy question may involve ads, a VPN issue may involve acceptable use, and a data correction may involve methodology.
Direct email is used instead of a decorative form so users can send attachments, screenshots, URLs, and source references from their own mail client. That is easier to audit than a form that silently fails.
General support is best for account, download, site, or VPN issues. Feedback is best for data-source corrections, product ideas, and research-page improvements. Privacy and legal mailboxes exist so sensitive requests are not mixed into general feedback.
A useful support request is specific. The page asks users to include the affected URL, timestamp, browser or device, platform, app version, download filename, checksum result, token error, or primary source depending on the issue.
The contact page is also part of site trust. A publisher asking for ad approval should provide real routes for corrections, privacy choices, legal notices, and broken-link reports rather than hiding responsibility behind anonymous content.
